This year, we have set out to raise $20,500 for the Alliance for the Great Lakes. The Alliance works to conserve and restore the world's largest freshwater resource through policy, education and local efforts aimed at preserving the Great Lakes region as a national treasure. It also works with the region's residents, enhancing their understanding of how they can help, too. We're getting back a healthy Great Lakes environment, thanks to supporters like you. Here are a few ways that you can help us to exceed our goal again this year for the Alliance for the Great Lakes:

Douglas J is raffling off a basket worth over $1,000 in products and services. Tickets are $3 each or 5 for $10 and are available from any Douglas J employee or student.

Spread the word about the Cut-a-thon
The 2nd annual 24-hour Douglas J Earth Month Cut-a-thon will be held at the Douglas J eXchange in Ann Arbor on Saturday, April 28 starting at 6pm. Enjoy $20 haircuts and $1 per minute chair massages, all for a great cause. Make your reservation by calling 877-334-8657 or just walk in! Regretfully, we cannot accommodate specific stylist requests.
