Highfields has attracted a record number of corporate
sponsors for its 26th annual golf outing and expects
to raise more money for services to children and
families than in 2005. The outing takes place June
21 at Eagle Eye Golf Course in Bath.
“
We are pleased so many businesses have shown their
support for Highfields,” says Interim President/CEO
Greg Pincumbe. “Through sponsors’ generosity,
many children and families in the mid-Michigan
area will be able to receive the help they need.”
Douglas J Day Spa, Aveda Institute and eXchange
is this year’s title sponsor. Accident
Fund, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and
General
Motors are also major sponsors. The 2006 outing
has sold out for players, but tee signs sponsorships
are still available. Call Betsy Rueckert, Golf
Outing Coordinator, at 517-628-2287.
Proceeds from the outing benefit Highfields’ 15
programs serving children and families.
