Salon Today Magazine Again Honors
The Douglas J eXchange Salons
As Among the Fastest-Growing in the Country
East Lansing-----Salon Today magazine has again named the Douglas J eXchange Salons, located in East Lansing and Ann Arbor, as being among the 200 fastest-growing salons in the country, Scott Weaver, President and Co-Owner of the Douglas J Company, announced today.
Salon Today is a top business publication for the professional beauty industry. The magazine’s January 2008 issue profiles the 11th Annual Salon Today 200 fastest-growing salons in America. The Douglas J eXchange salons also were honored last year by the magazine.
“We’re thrilled to again receive this honor from Salon Today,” Scott Weaver said. “It’s really significant because all the top salons in the country compete for this award,” he added. Scott’s brother, T.J., Vice President and Co-Owner of Douglas J, is in charge of education company-wide. He said the Douglas J eXchange salons continue to grow “because of their reputation for excellence. Guests know that they will always walk out the door of the eXchange Salon looking and feeling great.”
The eXchange Salons provide an intimate atmosphere and offer a menu of services in hair, color, skin care and massage therapy. The eXchange in East Lansing is located at 333 Albert Street and is open for retail and services on Monday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The eXchange in Ann Arbor is located at 500 E.
