Douglas J is Raising Money
for the Alliance for the Great Lakes During Earth Month
OKEMOS-----The Douglas J companies are again raising money for the Alliance for the Great Lakes during Earth Month and the public is invited to join them, Scott Weaver, President and Co-Owner of Douglas J, announced today. He said that raffle tickets are being sold for a basket worth over $1,000. “You could win over $400 in Douglas J services to transform yourself and over $600 in Aveda products to continue your Douglas J experience at home,” Weaver said. The raffle tickets are $3 each or five for $10. They are available at all Douglas J salons and Aveda Institutes, or by calling 877.334.8657.
“We are committed as a company to helping improve the environment and that is why we are again raising money for the Alliance for the Great Lakes during April,” Weaver said. The Alliance for the Great Lakes works to conserve and restore the world’s largest freshwater resource through policy, education and local efforts aimed at preserving the Great Lakes region as a national treasure. “This is an excellent organization and we are proud to support their efforts,” Weaver said.
