Graduate Survey

If you have not already done so, please take time to complete the Douglas J Graduate Survey. The Graduate Survey is sent through the mail approximately six months after graduation, or can be completed online. The purpose of this survey is to touch base with you as to where you are working, if you passed State Boards, and whether or not you would like placement assistance. We will not contact your employers but do need to report your employment status annually to NACCAS to keep our Institute accredited in order to continue helping our students find financing through financial aid.
